Man, where did the years go? As I write this, it's 2024 and I can't believe 20 years have passed in a blink. I remember him running for the senate, becoming my senator, and I remember the press he got including from this show. By the way, one of the 5 previous African American senators (Carol Mosely Braun) was also from the same neighborhood in Chicago as he was, and not that long before him either.
