The tanks are NPC tag alongs that you find in resource missions and can add like air fighters in the Coyote mods tab.

Just got Mechwarrior 5 a few weeks ago and love it. Now thanks to you I know that Battletech exists; it just went on sale for $10 so I’m gonna try that one out too…once I ease off The Forever Winter that is.

Build some ballistic set up on the Loader King, especially using the Dan's mods to get even more on there.

The Scrapper in 3rd person view reminds me of the first time Baradul tried to make a melee mech with a Banshee, before the modders figured out the mechanics for mele; it was a literal "reach out and touch sommeone" moment.

Hey @baradul make a Dan's mech with the most Energy hardpoints you can find and a 400 engine (for the cooling slots) and stuff it with all the heavy Lasers. Basically everything with the most Tonnage for the slots. Slots and heat management will be the bottlenecks with Dan's weight reduction if you don't also have a slot reduction. Edit: copied and modified from three videos ago.

I can't get on with bashing things up close! What specs do you run pc wise, and game settings? (Sorry if this has been asked a thousand times) I'm playing with an i5 12600kf, 32gb ram, RX 6800xt with nvme but am getting really inconsistent performance.

no the locust for tonage and spce for anything is just far too small for that you need a tonage of a urbie mech at the minmuim to even fit a is or clan arrow IV and long tom yfor get about that long toms are just far too big and just noware as good with the kinds of ammo you could use with it.
