Happy Sunday mr. @baradul , your friendly Perp here :) Null sig, stealth, and Void sig recently were reworked to be more balanced. They can still cut down incoming DPS by half, but it's no longer an instant win button. They are much better at deflecting missiles and in infiltration missions, but a skilled enemy will cut you to pieces if not careful. Pirate weapons are almost always overpriced. Some are incredibly powerful, some are trash. Only way to find out for sure is to pay out the big bucks and risk getting scammed. The Pirate munitions can give huge bonuses, but always have a drawback. The HE missiles add a tiny bit of AOE damage. Not enough to hit more than one target at a time but the fact it can spread damage around a target is VERY strong. But, if you get ammo crit, not even Case II will save you. Also sucks to be anyone standing next to you as the ammo explosion is big enough to take out lancemates. Eventually, new start conditions for career is coming. Pre-clan invasion, CI only has about 10-15% of it's content available. It's not till civil war or Jihad when it really opens up. A start in 3045 would be my minimum recommendation.

If there’s missions you don’t want to do then you can turn them off in mod options under coyotes section, that way missions you like can spawn in their place and multi missions won’t have missions you hate ❤️

I Love “Kit Fox” Salvage… I’m running Four Parts to build a Mech, so each Kit Fox part is Three Salvage parts. You can get Great Parts off of Kit Fox, even into the Mid to Late game… for Cheap!

Hey Bara! You DEFINETLY should have picked up that NULL! Giving your lance one so early on allows for you to punch above your weight, as well as saving your cbills to get bigger and better mechs!

Noticed a couple times now that when you swap to one of the other mechs and use the lance command it assigns the task to the wrong lancemate. I wonder if this is due to swapping mechs and how it changes the lance roster. Maybe the F1-F4 commands to select a lancemate are based on the original roster before swapping mechs. Looking forward to more Eques 3 action in Hired Steel! Keep up the good work!

The rate of fire of the light rifles can be worked around by having multiple rifles and chainfiring, tons of fun and surprisingly good damage for something you can fit into a pretty light mech.

the Rifle family of ballistics is fun, I like toting several Mediums on a heavy or assault Mech and deleting an entire heavy Mech once every few seconds.

I made JM build with AC2-BF + AC5-BF spam on my multi button mouse with no chain fire + RPM upgrade, just on 4 of my mouse buttons. It's so cool, u can try that and may make modifications on the build, So u can make fire sequence as u wish I just used 4 of my mouse buttons LC+RC+3rd button left of the left click +one of the thumbs buttons. the sequence could be firing 5-2-5-2 or 5-5-2-2 or 2-5-5-2 and so on, I always make left arm on left click and right on right click u can make very long firing sequence like 2-5-5-2-2-2-5-2-5-5-2 it just go on and on

I think you've got enough parts to build a kit fox now. I think with the way this mod has them set up you could get lucky and pull a clan xl, endo, or ferro out of it.

That Nulsignature system is the slightly weaker version of the Stealth Suit that comes later, it's expensive but amazing early game.

In your out time for some extra money normaly you dont need more then around 30 jet boosters of each can sell the rest that stack fast. A 70 tonner Urby with killer weapons would be awesome...

Sometimes I'm flabbergasted by the lack of armor on the mechs I make or buy, that Shadow Hawk had 10 armor on the legs!

Rifles are good in the hands of AI pilots since they tend to fire their weapons so infrequently. They can be scary when used by lance-mates and enemies. It was rifles which almost killed your Raven the first mission you used it and rifles which blew off your arm in the first mission with the T-Bolt. I know they are not as fun to run for you because you like the dakka-dakka and you keep firing. However, give them to a decent AI pilot and see what numbers they post.

Only way I've enjoyed Rifles is stacking a bunch in a mech with Ballistic quirks, Adv FCS, and a Targetic Comp. Still not great, but it does punch hard.

About lance mate's not following kommand they given order, it is a common bug, if you switch to another mech in you team/lance they just begin to ignore any and all commands, well, except command to stop shooting.

Love the new playthru and congratulations on the Tbolt!🎉 Since you are trying to challange yourself, I propose the following: *No Assault class mechs unless they are Hero mechs (both salvage and store). Unfortunately you seem to get bogged down on trying to fit everything inluding the kitchen sink on your K.Crab and Atlas. This gets boring IMHO. PS... I think we would all love run times at about 45-60 min. Then we can skip some of your indecisive builds😂

Good video Bara. I know you wanted to play this playthrough on Hard Mode, but people are giving you 'mechs left and right. First the Raven and now a Thunderbolt. I think that's lowering the difficulty curve a bit. 😄

I'm surprised Bara doesn't know how to use jump jets to go faster, not just fly over things. If you use about 25% fuel to get airborne, then just keep tapping the jump button until you run out of fuel, you will increase your speed dramatically for a short while. Helps to get places faster when not using them to jump over canyons or walls. Also, can't believe he still doesn't know how to do Recon missions. Go for full money and just run through everything, don't bring the lance at all as they just slow you down and soak up unnecessary damage.

I disagree on the 2nd part. In recon missions, somewhere in the map there`s a hidden base, that if you capture it, you get a free mech as end reward (very damaged, mostly usable for cantina missions). Having lancemates help in these situations, and also for ordering them to kill some stray mechs, while you`re doing the mission. The armor damage they take is totally acceptable, if you go for salvage.

yeah and its funny how bara allways whining jump jet bug since he hit something wall etc wich stops your momentum then they go just upwards.... lol need to get better pilot to pilot bara then to get those jump jets working right lol

I would say maybe mid-late game you could do that, as you can pilot the fast mech to scout quickly, while ordering your decent pilots in slower, heavier mechs to actually go and kill stuff, so you can get some salvage. But early game, best thing is to get through as quick as possible with minimum damage and maximum profit, but then again, I prioritize buying hero mechs over scrapping together some crappy mech from salvage parts. So I prefer the get rich quick method and buy hero mechs, since those guys with even low tier weapons are still head and shoulders above similar mechs. After that, you can make even more money to buy them the best weapons/gear possible. But that is just my playstyle. Seeing Bara makes me wanna load up some mods and start playing again, it's been a while.

I got von Biomes working. I despise the rifles. I will use Gauss guns though as they actually are worth the effort. and even my pilots use them. I noticed my pilots are doing so much better now on using missiles and they are doing it well:) I don't use machine guns except at the very beginning because I don't have a choice. My fav bang bangs are UAC5's and Gauss.
