What is the purpose of CM column where you configured for the Control command ! What will hapenned if not configured, will commands pass from SCADA ?

Hello, how to configure the measurement values, to use it with SCADA

measurement will be default per configured on the relay . you can find in path "MEAS/MSQI1/SeqA" for example i have given this address
