Baratza Encore Upper Burr Carrier Replacement

I didn’t get what you replaced.. Upper burr? Or smith else? It seems that before and after coffee has different grind size - we’re you grinding on same number?

It's the upper burr white case. Yes I did dial from about 20 to around 12 I believe. it's perfect now just had a pourover from it

What number of grind size is better for a V60 and a Chemex? And also a aeropress. I have the same Encore, but I just don't find the correct grind! Hope u can help me, thanks.

I think I'm about at 10 for V60. It depends on the bean a bit

@@drinksunbear I normally used 21. I think that's a medium size? Or I'm wrong.

@@andresplata2291 It depends on the bean. Mine is super light roasted normally so it's set lower because the bean is more dense at the exact moment it's more like a 12 setting
