Again BRAVA ! Thank you so much for bravely saying clearly, systematically and extensively what the situation is, and what to do, what many of us “has been thinking”, in part or in full, a long time. “Where there is a will there is a way.” With cooperation, a good strategic plan, disciplined actions, control mechanisms and adjustments over time, as prescribed in this speech, there is hope.
