George H.W Bush was a good man; who unfortunately was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2012. Lemme copy paste a comment of mine that should tell you why I see him as a good man. First off, Idk why so many people believe evil of him. There is literally no proof of anything they are accusing him of. JFK killing? He was not even in public life back then, first off. What the heck would he benefit from it. And how could he be in it when he was just a young man? Second, Barbara Bush being a man!? Even weirder! or the dauther or Aleister Crowley? Like... seriously? Where'd you all get that idea? Weird. Third, the things George HW Bush is accused of by some people are way too many things for it to be even remotely realistic. Fourth, if he was that evil, why would he travel to Haiti (pretty exhausting for an elderly man!) etc. after the tsunami struck in 2004, WHILE IN HIS 80s and beginning to develop Parkinsons? I've got more to add, just thought to break the paragraph lol. So many people respect Bush, the overwhelming majority. He worked with so many people during his life that it's certain not all of them would lie for him. Why would he be awarded the medal of freedom if he was so evil? Why would he shave his head for a boy with cancer? And his presidency? He asked the UN for permission and formed a coalition of countries to throw Iraq out of Kuwait after Saddam Hussein brutally invaded the small helpless country. He BACKED OUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER REACHING THE GOAL, even if lots of people criticized the decision at the time. He signed the Americans with Disabilites act! He visited a children's leukemia hospital while he was Vice President, and cried. Listen to John Meacham's eulogy at Bush funeral! He's a historian. Listen to Brian Mulroney, and former Senator Alan Simpson. Listen to Jim Baker. And by the way, you will never find reliable sources for your claims because they don't exist (being told by multiple people is not a source, you know...). Why don't they exist? NOT because "media is lying to us" or "Bush senior manipulated everyone". NO. It's because these claims simply are not true. You gotta consider the following: I am sure you've read a lot of similar comments (claiming Bush Sr was evil etc.), but have any of them ever replied to the question "Could you provide the sources?" No! they've always replied "Do your homework" "You can find them yourselves, there are plenty of sources." and when I've asked them to name ONE (yk, not a very hard task.); they haven't.
