Great spread...and the in-built grill is a fun addition! Raita is a non-negotiable item on the table for me when it comes to an Indian feast. It is a traditional condiment that is generally comprised of yoghurt, herbs and spices. It's cool and refreshing and really helps to cut through spice! 🥵
