Since I first heard this beautiful music as the theme music for The movie Platoon , it reminds me of those men of Vietnam and all the dreadful wars that the human race has fought over the centuries , breaks my heart every time .

The music version in movie Platoon was arranged & conducted by Mozart of Cinema Georges Delerue, sadly dirctor Oliver Stone gave up the original score and madly mis-used this overwhelm classical! Delerue's original score deserved at least Academy Nomination!!
