I respect the grind fr but imagine being the client and knowing this man is flying through the cut that fast. I always say its quality over quantity.

But quality to you might be different quality to the client…he probably respects he gets him in and out cause he has things to do and places to be

As long as the end result is what the client wants and it's within your artistic arsenal with a professional experience, I think faster is better. I hate it when good cuts take forever in my opinion.

This is actually how i teach people to cut hair. It's an efficient system and not much if any time is lost. If you can lower the amount of times you are adjusting or switching your baldes or guards you can very much save yourself 20-25 minutes on a cut and not sacrifice the quality.

You need to "disposal" this haircut. This is a quick fade and there's nothing VIP about it. More and more barbers are just trying to become hustlers, slinging out quick haircuts for high prices and calling them efficient. That's not what clients are looking for. They've got In-N-Out places they can go and pay bottom dollar for a quick haircut. It's going to take one good barber to put in the time and give a superior cut and you're going to lose this client for life. It's sad younger barbers look up to dudes like this.

I wish a barber service like this was more common place in the states. In parts of europe and asia barbers perform this and more, its so interesting.

This works for someone who has a hair color close to their skin color (blonde Caucasian or black African), but this wouldn't look so well blended on someone with pale skin and coarse, dark hair. Kudos for showing us your techniques. I took something from this tutorial, I just want your viewers to have a more realistic expectation using your suggestions.

Ima be honest the fade is nice but the foundation is bad there’s no square shape. It looks almost like you took the 2 and went all the way into the round part of the clients head. That’s how we used to blend in barber school, but that cut would look sick if he sectioned both left and right side off then went straight up instead of dipped in.
