Bro this is so motivating to me. You have no idea. I’ve been consuming so much of your content educating myself beyond just cutting hair. Currently in barber school. Can’t wait to finish and hit the ground running. I hope to work at a shop with thinkers like yourself and the Tomb45 crew. Keep inspiring brother!

I remember working for this guy on commission I would do all his colors and I had my clients unfortunately I could only build so many because I was helping him more. I then caught on he had it backwards he wanted stylist with drive but to put all there energy on him stylist/barbers that have goals want benefit and want to grow I couldn’t grow working with him so I quit to achieve my ambition he was mad. He hired again and again they quit. When you hire ambitious workers there going to want to grow if you can’t help them they will grow

My boy! How do you feel about the “environment” provided within a shop? Recently started my own shop with 2 barbers. Had a new guy on board for a week but it fell through because he was really upset I wouldn’t let him play trap/rap/reggaeton music out loud on the speakers. He said since he rents his booth he doesn’t really have to listen to me?? I said I’m not going to boss you around but it is MY SHOP and my rules.

I trained for about 12 months before that on my days off from my full time job which I now have left and while doing that I have a 10 year old son and I have a 8 month old son. The 6 figures is just a mindset. I liked what you’re saying but I respectfully disagree. (if you’re happy now imagine how much happier you would be with 6 figures) I worked with a guy we we’re percentage he made six figures. He came in 30 minutes before his first appointment took a 15 minute lunch break in the shop, stayed till closing five days a week.

Hey Chris, it’s been an experience so far setting the foundation for opening a haircutting shop. I’m working really hard and am remaining consistent as an independent barber working out of my own place. I haven’t seen your videos in years because frankly I’ve been busy planning and working. Though I’m not following your exact blueprints this video is showing me I’m on the right path. Thank you for contributing to the industry and other’s successes in the industry. Thank you for being humble,open and transparent. I hope to cross paths one day and talk about everything.

this is all pretty much common sense stuff. generating the clientele to the shop and getting ppl in the door is the secret that was never given in this video. it's always what we can do. what is being done to generate the business for the barbers. you can have hardworking clean professional barbers in your shop a brand new shop where the public doesn't know how good the barbers are how do they know to go to this shop? the real value is how you're generating the business
@Bossiocuts
@Bossiocuts Жыл бұрын
It’s all common sense yet you undermine it and say generating the clientele to the business is the secret. It’s not. Mindset first. You can generate all the traffic in the world but can’t keep a barber in your shop longer than a few months because your opportunity sucks. If it was common sense then barbers and shop owners wouldn’t be struggling the way they are
@1ReaZon
@1ReaZon Жыл бұрын
@Chris Bossio no one is undermining anything. It is truthful, positively sound information that many barbers need to hear and I 100% agree with everything youve said in the video. BUT I also know for a fact that this is all the typical stuff you hear all the time that only helps when the clients make it to the shop. These things spoken of will keep clients coming back and will increase word of mouth but this won't generate the kind of business you're speaking of in a brand new shop! There are obviously other critical, more monumental things that you and your team are doing to generate $1000 to $3500 worth of business to each one of your barbers right out of the gate. Things that are being done that has nothing to do with anything mentioned in this video. These things that are absent are the things that caused me to click and watch this video. I learned nothing new from this and I'm sure there are many who feel the same way. This is not to say that what you shared here isn't critical, sound information. again I am not undermining, but for a lot of us these are things a large majority of us are already doing. So what do we do with this? With 10 years experience who busts his ass and does absolutely everything you're mentioning in this video I can tell you that these things alone will never generate the kind of business you're able to generate for your barbers. The real value is not in what you speak of here in the video but in what you didn't mention. Whatever you're doing to generate that kind of business is what I and everyone else would like to know. I say this with all the respect in the world for what you and your team are doing! I speak from a place similar to this and really appreciate your mindset and do agree that there are a lot of barbers/owners lacking in many of the area mentioned. You and your team are obviously killing it, and on top of things and look our for your guys, so kudos for that. with that said, I, as are many others am in need of the next steps beyond the things mentioned here. There are things within the market strategies we aren't doing that you are that are allowing you to generate leads and push traffic to the shop to such are LARGE DEGREE that I have yet figure out, that you and your team obviously have figured out. So I do have things to learn. I just wish this information wasnt held back from us
