The Adagio movement is one of the hidden challenges in the repertoire. The voicing and expression here is legendary! And the Fuga! Each voice is so clear and eloquent!❤

Same here! Seems to me the Prokofiev 6th was on the flip side of that album. But yeah, a very romantic interpretation (as I suppose one would expect from Cliburn).
