what's good bossio? idk if you remember me or not. we went to high school together. we didn't interact much because we ran with opposing crews but just wanted to comment and tell you how good it is to see someone from Spring Hill become so successful. I became a barber as well, no where near your level of things lol but it's good to see what I can become. I watch your videos a lot and it's taught me so much. God bless you bro, wish you more success.

Im finishing up barber school now, I have less than an hour left. Leaving my current shop to go back full-time at my other job just to pay off some debt and stack some money up before I dice head first into barbering without having a cushion. When I told my mentor at the barbershop on my apprenticeship, he got mad and said that I wasn’t a good barber and that me following you and your advice is just a dream and not realistic that it’s celebrity status,. And said I didn’t once ask him a barber of 17yrs how to get successful. I learned that, that is not the shop for me. What advice do you have for me as a single parent finishing school and going into barbering? Is my approach of going back to my full time job first a good idea?

You could work a full time job and barber the weekends. Life is about sacrifice, your young rn player you should be able to carry that weight on your shoulders it will eventually pay off like bossio said there is no such thing as a better barber don't matter about the guy next to you worry about how you can keep a client coming back.

@@jessie2_savage I’m 35 yrs old bro. I’m a single Father, The barbershop is only open tues-sat. That would give me one day on the weekends The other issue is now that I explained that to my mentor who is also a pastor at his church, figuring he would understand but than he chastises me,. Let’s me know I don’t want to be there at that shop. I’d rather find a shop closer, cause his is already an hour away

Ask yourself how much you want it now. Depending on where you are almost every single shop needs barbers. If your dead serious they will take you under thier wing for free teach you you can still go to school but you will be far from going in blind. Hope that helps brother. Just do what feels right. Blessings

Pay monthly if you can figure it out. If you save up for it you’re most likely never gonna have the money for it. If I see 10k in my checking account ( especially on the way ) imma spend that shit
