It's probably raw audio, no editing. It's a recurring problem in these videos.

@@ticklezcat5191, it seem to be more of a case of audio compression. This was probably compressed even before it was uploaded to KZbin, then KZbin of course recompresses most videos (unless you upload them in its native formats). Sometimes it’ll recompress older videos years after they were uploaded, which is why some older videos are now available only as 360p, 240p, or even just 144p. Overcompression or poorly implemented compression when using modern algorithms generally manifests as tinkling / burbling artifacts in the high end.

Umm... No. Garrish. Unfocused. A comment farther down says, "The world has changed, have you?" Have *I* changed? Not much. I'm pretty sure I never will change that far.
