However, the dead heir appears back, once he returns, everything that was passed to the younger is returned to the elder, because that belongs to him being "the original heir". In this case, once the daughter of the royal family appeared, everything is given to her being the rightful heir, not to mention that Delancy was not even in the line to inherit since she was not a direct descendant of the kings (she wasn't their daughter) which makes it even worse in her case, she no longer had any right to be the next queen, not even a small one
