You’re Brave but thanks for noticing the problem with the bangs. I would really like this doll from the movie because she doesn’t seem to have much product in her hair, if it weren’t for the bangs. I have never done a re root. Thanks for the 💡 ideas.

@thedollplanet How were you able to only pluck her bangs? I tried but pulled some hair from the ponytail. I ended up removing all her hair since I wasn’t able to just remove the bangs.

Looks good! Kind of annoying when they don't make things screen-accurate, like her bangs. Can I ask, as a person who hasn't done doll hair stuff, why the reroot was needed instead of using what was there? Were they too short originally to do it right?

What number of needle you used to avoid crackline?

I used a #7 needle. If you are having problems with rips, put the bald head in boiling water for 2 minutes before a reroot, it will shrink the holes.

Girl, you wasted your time and that doll hair rerooting her bangs. I only used sandwich bag to cover her head and dunked it inhot water for about 3mins. Took off the sandwich bag. Dunking it in hot water relaxes the hair and kinda stretched it out covering her her eyes to almost touching her lips. Then trimmed it with a small pair of scissors and dunked it again in hot water covered with a fresh sandwich bag for another 3 mins to get that gorgeous look. I wish I could post pictures here on how I did it. I'm one of your buyers at your etsy store. Keep up the good work girl, and keep supplying those gorgeous hair ❤❤❤❤
