Agree that Kissing Barbie is a challenge, I painted the lips of mine (don’t worry it can be removed), she looks much better! My childhood one used to freak me out a bit, my one now is so much better with a smidge of colour…loving your makeovers as usual!

Love the makeovers on these beauties and a Ken! Day to Night Ken has that cool look that makes him look dashing as ever. Glitter Hair Brunette Barbie looks great in her summery look! Pretty in Plaid Redhead Barbie has a fashionable look too. Babysitter Skipper looks adorable on a petite made to move body (that of Barbie Looks #22 / Victoria). Twirling Ballerina Barbie also has a great Princess look.

Amazing what skill, imagination, and love can do! The biggest surprise to me was Baby Sitter Skipper. I'm not a fan of the big-eyed Skippers but you made your doll into something special. Didn't think she'd work with the Made to Move petite body but she does. Cute outfit, too! Also liked how you redressed Ken and covered up Kissing Barbie's bad neck. You didn't have to do too much to Glitter Hair Barbie, Pretty in Plaid Barbie, Summer, or Christie as they were beautiful dolls to begin with. Your outfits and Summer's body switch made these lovely dolls even better. Enjoyable video!

Another Awesome video Arjen! I absolutely loved these Vintage Barbie makeovers! Loved what you did with all of them! My favorite makeovers that you did was The Pink Ballerina Barbie you made her a like Snow Princess and I just loved it! I also loved The makeover of the Redheaded Y2K looking Barbie she just looks fabulous! She kinda looks like a City Girl like a New Yorker lol 😂 also loved the makeover you did with the Magical Mermaid doll I loved the curls you put in her hair I was surprised with the Teen Skipper doll as you were brushing her hair I cannot believe her head fell off 😂 I think it's maybe because she's pretty old but I am glad you restored her and the Kissing Barbie as well you are a Creative genuius!

Best make over video ever! I was able to find inspos for styling the newest batch of dolls I got recently. I wonder how long it took to finish styling them all up, I mean, 10 is a lot to style. I actually had like 6 dolls I styled at one time and it took me 4 hours. lol. I also like to know you managed that tinsel hair with the mermaid Barbie as I was planning on getting one too. I was actually thinking of having the lips repainted on that Kissing Barbie. A good pastel pink lipstick. :)

Hello Arjen! Sorry for bothering you, but I have a question, and I need an advice please. I found a cute doll in my local second-hand shop (which is a rare find here), and she is a 2001 Rapunzel. I noticed she has black dirt on her head between the roots, and it looks like this dirt is coming right from the inside of the head, right from where the hair is rooted. I think it might be mold. So I washed and cleaned her very thoroughly, using 96% alcohol. I removed almost all of the dark spots between the roots, but there are some left in the roots, but it's not very visible. So my question - is it dangerous for me, if she will just stay on the shelf like this? I think there's not too much mold to inhale? Or should I try to take her head off and look what's going on inside it, lol? (And probably make a bleach bath or something). Would be very grateful for any advice! I didn't see anything like that before to be honest, maybe some of you guys here had similar issues?

Pity with Skippers neck, but good to know, she looks good on a petite mtm body. I have an old wrecked Tyco Ariel, who I rerooted black and put her on a Miraculous body for articulation, to create a Melody doll. I wonder, what you do with the doll bodies you do not use, as I would like to have a hobbit feeted body. Never found one of them here xD. Have a blessed 4th Advent. ❤
