You can clean the pearls with table salt and a bit of water. Rub the pearl with the salt and then rinse it with the water.

They look like fresh waters. Salt water pearls generally only make up to three and that’s super rare. Fresh waters produce dozens and usually arent farmed because they pick up irritants easier then salt waters

Aren’t you supposed to transfer the fish in a different way? I’ve seen fish keepers put them in the tank with the bag to slowly let it adjust to the tanks temp, & it also mixes with the water they were already in. Then of course they take it out after the process is finished which can take some days.

Exactly what I was wondering as well, this feels wrong, I've seen them being kept in the water they came in and introducing the water from the tank slowly, over many hours or days and then putting the fish in the water. Fish are fragile, they could go into shock and die from a drastic change in temperature, nutrient levels and pH of the water
