Instead of being reactionary and too negative, honestly gg to sociedad because they RAN non stop and PRESSED non stop and I thought this was gonna come back to bite them after the 60th minute by being tired but somehow they kept the speed, physically and mentally on such a high level that we couldn’t even hold the ball in their half for 10+ seconds without struggling. I have rarely seen our team be pressed to this extent.. and in the 2nd half we even increased the speed of our play and they still chased us like lions chasing their prey 😭 I was worried they will injure some of our players because of that and considering that, I think it was good not sending Yamal on the pitch and risk him getting injured by their aggressive style of play

I think we should have played Pablo Torre instead of Fermin, because he's much better on the ball overall. And also Frenkie is still not on the same wavelength as the other midfielders. We should also start looking into La Masia for some more depth in that right wing position, players who are on the cusp of having some minutes for the first team. Some of them are, Toni Fernandez and Noah Darvich(my preferred option).
