@@vvictory6865 Xavi is not a bad coach, but his inexperience and stubbornness is killing barca. He asked for Ferran Torres, Raphina, Lewandowski Alonso and other players that were bought for him. What had he done with these players? Any coach who will start a season without any left winger in his team needs to have his head examined. He pushed out Ansu Fati and Abde, why? Ansu Fati gave him 10 goals the season before he left, he needed time to recover from his injuries. If Xavi can encourage struggling Pedri why can't he encourage Fati? He told Abde no place for him and the guy went away. What was the plan for the season? If you had options before pushing them out I'll understand. You pushed Jordi Alba out and brought in Marcus Alonso, is he sane? He set himself up for failure. And the way he was treating vitor Roque is horrible. What did the guy do to him? And nobody is asking why does he use a 16 year old kid every game for 90 minutes. Is that good man management? Thank God he didn't destroy the lad before leaving. Ansu Pedri Gavi Balde ask overused and injured and he can't learn to at least give Lamine Yamal some rest. The lad is playing through fatigue while Ferran you bought for 55m and vitor Roque who can also play on the right are left on the bench. Even his players have lost confidence in him and he has lost confidence in himself and in the team. His plan is tu play the next season fighting for second place. That's why he was sacked. I feel bad for him but it needed to be done ✔️ I love and respect Xavi but he's obviously over his head and needs to go get more training.
