Pro Tipp for Bardplayers: always have your lyre out if wanna open a door or a chest, you get up to 5 resoucrfullness with it so you open/close stuff faster.

Other people have shown that longsword is a little inconsistent with hitboxes. I'd just not use it until they fix it

Bard is so strong simply because they get like 50 free attributes worth of stuff with just their solo songs Rousing Rhythms: +2 all = +14 stats Beats of Alacrity: +9 Movement = +9 Agi Ballad of Courage: +10 Phys power = 10 Str Aria of Alacrity: +8% Action speed = 11 Dex Total free stats for these 4 songs that cost 1 memory slot or 2 for rhythms is 44 free stats. Not counting all of their utility that you can get

You can skip 2 notes on harmonic shield btw, all long songs like the door opening song and the shield can have 2 skips, short songs only one.

AND don't forget that the lute equipment isnt fixed still so you can run a purple lute with phy and 2 weapon damage in below 25 norms. its so dumb been weeks idk how it hasnt been fixed

The only thing that keeps me from playing bard is buff upkeep management and having to have more then one item to use the spells. Like I do enjoy the flavor of it but it makes it a bit of a pain. I did mean to do Bard this season but I just wound up playing my Warlock again.

that lil interaction at the start with the ranger is what i love getting and hope stays in this game so much. just two bros sharing stuff and then going seperate ways but no OCE has to make the majority of my games toxic due to a certain region abusing the system
