pretty sure you can give up a little bit of crit and change the healing ring for the aoe healing ring that overcap the heal to heal more with same debuff on.

Checking with healing formula & switching phlogiston for opale ring and rebalance a bit my build with options i have, phlogiston is better (for my personnal balance) but generally speaking opale ring is slightly better, you totally right. If i had more gear, companions, ... i'm sure i would build aroung opale ring.
