BASTARD!" goku said through his teeth as the dirt beneath him rose "I.. won't let you...GET AWAY...WITH THIS!!", vegeta and nappa couldn't believe their eyes kakarots power level was rising rapidly before the scouter broke completely, "you...will...SUFFER!!!" goku screamed, his mind a raging storm, Brandon however didn't move at all, these people may have been the first to actually put up a fight but the only thing able to make him bleed was destroyed along with his childhood home, he had no fear, goku's eyes became glossy and his head snapped up and then back down again as if to hold something back he had always held on to the thought of mercy, so he let go, and let out a load roar that could be heard for miles and a bright light rose into the heavens that quickly faded, vegeta and nappa were dumbstruck "vegeta you don't think?-" nappa began but was immediately cut off "yes nappa, I do, he's the one, the saiyan of legend..." the citizens that had come out of hiding once the fight began and saw something that gave a feeling lost for nearly 20 years: hope, what they saw was the demon that had nearly driven them to extinction was being apposed by a golden god, goku looked at his brothers corpse and took the cloth that tied Raditz's hair into a pony tail which he had claimed was their father's, closed his brother's eyes and tied the blood stained cloth around his forehead preparing to finish this fight, Brandon was panicking, he had never seen anything like this, but one thing grounded him, his mission *take the world* and began flouting towards goku who looked over his shoulder to vegeta "when this is over, we're giving him a proper burial" vegeta nodded as nappa took Raditz's body from the battle field and the two flew away as the super saiyan stared down the demon that called itself brightburn
