The Ghost Rider look-alike is (I'm pretty sure) representative of Sun Wukong, or the Monkey King (or just Monkey if you don't have time) from Journey to the West. Goku as a character is based on him, and the Kanji 孫悟空 is read as Sun Wukong in Chinese and Son Gokū in Japanese ^^ But hard out, Legend was absolute 🔥🔥🔥

Android 17 is popular so he got stronger plus goku gets 4 forms in 130 episodes while in Z in 290 episodes he only got 3. The only good arc is the black arc that's all
