In the polygraph interview the examiner states that Nick failed the first test, I'd be curious to hear what was the result of the other test. Imho, the other test indicated that he was telling the truth or that it was inconclusive. I do not like that examiner, rubs me wrong. The investigators in this whole case give me pause. Were any other individuals considered as suspects besides these brothers or did the investigators determine they had their culprits & seek only to get evidence to fit their preconceived notions?
