This is a demonstration of the Bare Earth command found in Carlson Point Cloud. The data is viewed and the area of interest is selected. A mesh is created and exported as a TIN file. The TIN file is then used in Carlson Civil to draw the boundary of the surface and the Draw 3D polyline command is used to display the surface data in real time on screen.
