I have 2 areas I am having treated. I have 4 bulging discs in my lower back, so they treat that area + glute/hip. I’ve noticed no improvement after 4 sessions. I have the same shoulder issue as she does and I’ve only had one session with no improvement. 1. Acoustic Wave 2. Magnetolith 3. The FOCUS Are what they are using. I have severe psoas tightness which causes my lower back to constantly be insanely tight. Occasional sciatica but not the constant traditional leg shooting pain, mainly insane level of lower back tightness. I’ve gone to countless places deep tissue, stretching, etc. I can’t seem to loosen that adhesions on the psoas area that I’m assuming are pulling my hips causing insane tightness. Thoughts?
