theirs an ancient tried and true method to build all the muscles and tendons in your hands at the same time strengthening the fingers and making callouses so your hand is iron. I havent heard anyone mention it so ill keep the trade secret, im a bit older and my father learned it and taught me but i stopped before i finished but just from what i did build people would think im lying.
