I would argue it works better, other than the fact that shots hurt more. Which applies to all the fighters. He doesn’t have to worry about takedown , blocking is pretty nonexistent in bare knuckle fighting something he is already a custom to, but if he gets hit he is less likely to get knocked bare knuckle then in gloves.

However, it makes it harder for your punches to be seen in the first place.It’s also great for counters due to the of having your chin out. “The high guard” or having your “hands up”. Yes is great defensively but in a fight it gets pretty damn tiring, having your hands up constantly. Also it is a pretty reactive technique instead of an action technique. Due to that fact that you gotta plant your feet. Just watch Canelo vs Bevol and immediately you’ll see the cons of the high guard. I’m saying this as someone who mostly likes using the high guard.

It’s BKFC not martial arts you can’t really run away the whole time and win here. Ik it’s not a steeet fight but if it was perry might have legit killed or paralyzed mvp, the mf was gonna fight till death here😂 Great fight tho so hype

Rd 1 goes to Perry. Rd 5 some people ‘might’ give that one to Perry if they were Mike Perry fans. But I have absolutely no idea how anyone could have watched rounds 2,3, and 4 of that fight and thought Perry won any of those rounds. I also believe that MVP won round 5 but I can see how some people might give it to Perry.

@@AHealthySnack a 10-8 is only considered if the opponent was dominating the other. Mike wasn’t dominating page, he got dropped half way through and was still making it competitive. It’s only simple math if you know how it works
