Exactly! His fight with Rockhold I think showed what Mike is about perfectly. Rockhold is bigger, more athletic, and arguably the better "fighter" but Mikes got the heart and hands and put him away.

In April of 2017 I was there live in Nashville when he opened the main card against Jake Ellenberger. I know they cut to a very long commercial break because Mike Perry actually ended his Jake's life with that elbow on the break. The crowd went wild and then it went completely silent because Jake was stiff as a board and dead. So they had his twin brother Joe come in and sit on the stool. Fighting Mike Perry can actually be more than just hazardous to one's health. People gonna bleed, motherfuckers gonna get fucked up and somebody might die!

@@steveenczi8967 He does but he's 40 and washed. He doesn't have the chin to deal with Platinum Power. He got sat down and lost to Chad Mendes who fought at 145. Now straight out of Urijah Faber's mouth he said if Chad wanted to cut like others he could've made 135. Jose Aldo who for a long time people were calling to move up to 155 proved it by dropping to 135. They were both geared up when they fought. Eddie is also on a serious amount of gear that will not save him. Too old with defensive holes.
