I think the check left hook is the most effective strike in BKFC or MMA. The hands just can't move fast enough to parry with no/small gloves.

That’s the nature of combat sports. Whether you wear gloves or not, if you get into it wanting to be a full time fighter, then you just gotta accept the fact that you’re taking years off your life.
