We don't have to pay money first,after treatment we can pay the money but it could be possible in many high-tech hospitals (1st pay system)but in govt. Hospital we pay only Rs 5-10 for entry and no spenditure on treatment until it is too expensive ❤❤

6:45 yes unlike the US people here don't generally have health insurance as healthcare is quite cheap compared to the US. You can take health insurance from banks if you want but health insurance is quite a new phenomena here. Some govt jobs specially high ranking jobs provide free healthcare. But in terms of quality Indian healthcare is one of the best. Lot of people from neighbouring countries come here for treatment simce its cheaper here compared to the US or European countries. Also it can be divided here there are govt hospitals that provides free healthcare for the poor and then there are private hospitals. You will get world class treatment in private hospitals but it does put a strain on your finances whereas govt hospitals have great doctors but some of the govt hospitals are understaffed and some have poor facilities

I love the performances in this movie. U have seen this whole movie so I can talk abt it here...having lost someone with whom u had that chemistry and understanding and love and nurture but the timing is shit bcoz u waited a bit too long is just heartbreaking...u can't really complain abt the other person coz they love them just the same. Priyanka Chopra Jonas' autistic performance, Ranbir's deaf and mute portrayal and Ileana's selfless love at the end...it just came all together and from all of them, I felt the most for Shruti Ileana's character as she has to let him go. Another thing to note here was Barfi and Shruti's relationship started out with attraction and then reasoning took over but with Jhilmil and Barfi...it was just trying to understand and care for each other since childhood and the love grew gradually when they finally got to spend some time together albeit through kidnapping 😂
