Great work dude ! You’re truly doing justice to the artist whose genius was displayed in this show and for that matter of fact, to any piece of cinema/songs that you’re explaining. The real meaning and the intelligent writing and expression of that emotion goes unnoticed by common people. Truly happy seeing someone give so much respect to the creators for their genius compositions. You’re doing a wonderful job also by making encouraging people to watch movies and songs by another point of view Great job man, looking forward to more such videos where I can appreciate the art and the artist. Wishing best for you🙏🏼

Perfectly made video. I am so engrossed by the song 'Picture shuru ' that till now i can't help myself humming the song at beginning of any movie in the theatre. I amazed how minutely you have explained about the instruments used and its correlation to the characters and transition. Till now my every trip to Darjeeling goes parallel with an imaginary Darjeeling Shown by Anurag Basu. That's the magic of music. You have decoded it really well. Keep it rolling....

I don't remember the last time I cried. Amidst all the school work, family issues, and everything going around in my life, I do not remember when the last time I shed a tear. Until now. Barfi is my favorite movie. Although I have seen better movies than Barfi, this film still holds a special place in my heart. I'm not sure if it's due to nostalgia or some other reason, but Barfi has always had a special place in my heart. The album for this movie had a significant effect on its heartwarming qualities, as I knew it. But this video, with the whole decoding of the bgm, made me realize the real genius of it. It was wonderful to hear about it, and I did shed a tear at the end of the video. It's amazing how a simple decode video can bring out so many emotions within a person. I apologize if I sound overly emotional, but that's how I actually felt. After all, it's my favorite movie. Thank you again, this video made my entire day❤️

Genuine feedback bcz you asked for it - I too was expecting a video on the songs of Barfi instead of BGM. Initially, I felt the symbolism of the bgm isn't my cup of tea (as I dont play any instruments and hence dont have much knowledge of the intricacies involved in it). But I am glad I stuck to the video. Your analysis of the music made me realise that maybe the music directors and composers put so effort into it and what a pity that I didnt had the brains to appreciate it. Haha. Two things specifically gave me a jolt - 1. The duality of sarangi and how you used it to explain Ileana-Ranbir's mixed reactions. (Kind of a wow moment for me) 2. Silence in itself is music. (Surely gonna use that line somewhere) So, yes keep up with what you're doing. It wont be possible for each and every video to be this amazing. I have no idea how KZbin algorithms works for good content but I hope you somehow decode it. Haha. Absolutely great work!

Amazing content, brother! I'm a huge fan of the movie "Barfi!" I even bunked school once just to catch the first day first show, and later watched it countless times on TV. The way you explain each scene in detail is truly remarkable and just awesome. I particularly loved the BGM and lyrics of that scene where Barfi departs from Jhilmil as she heads back home, but then she rushes back to him, calling out his name, Barfi! Barfi! She runs towards him with full enthusiasm, It's because Jhilmil didn't want to lose him, and Barfi returns from the bus after spotting her. That scene was incredibly emotional. It holds a special place in my heart. Keep up the excellent work, brother! I look forward to more videos like this. To me, the music of "Barfi!" is not just similar but possibly inspired by the background music of the Italian movie "Life is Beautiful." I'm not criticizing; I love both BGMs."

There's a poetic element which is devoid of parasitic criticism and it breeds hope for those who love cinema and the way it is presented through music. There was Vineet Masran who created a channel named Cinema Beyond Entertainment and it changed the perception of thousands towards cinema. And now here you are. It feels damn good to see a person who oozes vulnerability which makes an easy path for music to get processed in your soul. damn... amazing analysis never thought music is used this intelligently in movies especially different instruments for different characters hence giving barfi voice through music (also signifying how all humans are equal and deserve to be understood), as the audience I think even if we don't notice the intricate details we can still feel something is great about the music (like I genuinely felt this was another level of music for a movie and I have watched a lot of movies). This is the truly beautiful thing about music...

It is just so beautifully decoded the depth of music which is used to create feelings for and against characters I mean I never thought that silences could build up a no feeling situation towards a character so amazing work and look forward to some more music pieces to get unfolded :)

Your method not only educates, but also gives us an illusion that we understand the art. They way you 'listen' life is god-like. Cheers to you!

Bhai kaise kr lete ho yaar? BGM and song have some meaning ye pata tha but kabhi itna samjh nahi paya. By watching your videos ye realisation hua. Mad Respect, Bro!! And your choices of selection of Movies and Song for decode are at very high standard. I hope you will bring such more videos in the near future. Surely, after watching your videos, a void has been filled up, and now i would be watching movies and listening to songs with a complete experience.

Arey Arey Arey! Kya analysis kiya hai. I am so amazed and glad that youtube suggested me your video. Great work. I am motivated to do something like that too. Will definitely exploring more of your work. But again, it was so satisfying re-visiting Barfi's bgm with you. I agree with the fact that apart from plagiarism, we should appreciate if something is genuinely appealing to us. To me the plagiarism spot on some artists have created a never ending doubt but I still give them a benefit from that doubt until they are brutally exposed (if they have been culprits, obviously 😅). I would recommend you to decode, Yaadon mein, from Jub Harry Met Sejal, one of the most criminally underrated songs imo (Ghar is also pretty amazing though). Oh and far ahead of Pritam, ARR and SEL are on other universe, I could discuss there work for ages. Also do share your instagram, I would love to have a chat with you on music as I hardly found people who share similar thoughts. Love from Pakistan. ❤
