We do a wind up toy race and the winners get a sweet out of the sweet mix I buy . It such fun my children are fully grown but this was hysterical last year . We have a range of wind up toys I buy through the year from charity shops or car boots then everyone has to pick without winding them up ( no cheating ) just to such small things are the most fun .

We are moving back from NZ in a few weeks and will be based in Lincolnshire so would love to know which Charity shops you go to. Hi you did well there I once got a lovely wreath from the charity shop years ago it’s still been used to this day on my front door I’ve finished Xmas this year mind you all my girls are grown up now so it’s easy got my first granddaughter to spoil now I do shop when the sales are on In the summer and all my cards and wrapping just after Xmas

Great bargains you certainly know how to find them. I have 1 charity shop that's all a £1 but it's not very good and then there's the ones that are ridiculous prices, selling things more then you buy in the shops new. I hardly find clothes. You gave a sneak preview of what's to come, can't wait x

dont get the fur lined ones. they do liner inserts on ebay\amazon to put into normal crocs and you can wash them too. then you have crocs for winter and summer and the insterts are about £15 xx

The disposable camera is a great idea, I'd do it on Xmas day and get loads of raw, imperfect perfect photos, I'd then buy an album and stick to the days worth, so you can look back on that day, especially how time flies by, at least you can look at it and see how much they've grown 😭🤗 now I'm crying the my son is 15 on Thur and wondering where as time gone xxx

Oh, memories, those old 📸 cameras where you took a photo and hoped for the best. Nearly half the photos i took either had your head chopped off, out of focus, or to dark because you didn't use the flash. How technology has changed.For the better i may add.
