I think it would be a good idea once you're into your new warehouse to get an editor/filmer so that Rene, Casey and Tatiana can do specific vlogs. Rene could concentrate on products geared towards men/young boys. Casey could do womens items and young girls. Tatiana could do items that teenagers would enjoy. Also, i would suggest getting a team to manage your online presence. Your channel should be over a million by now. Awareness is everything and i know you know that but i've been working in television and managing web platforms for corporate clients for 25 plus years and for a business growing like yours it will take a bigger team. LOVE your family, the channel, you could have hired someone to clean that store but you did it yourselves #WorkEthic. Can't wait for the next stage of your lives. I know it’s the start of something new but still sad seeing the shop for the last time,some really fantastic videos were made there,and watching the family and business develop over the years was a great privilege, thank you Rene for letting us watch. Happy belated Birthday Rene, wanting to see lots more so please stop break dancing on the back of the trucks, I would of given a higher score for the fall but I think you bent your legs on landing so it’s only an eight, lol, I’ve always thought your store looked full but seeing the two shops was just amazing how much stuff you had in there, loved the shelf unit at the door as you come in with the glass fronted drawers, the old department store by were I lived had a giant wall full of those, full of sealed shirts and jumpers, really looking forward to seeing the future eBay warehouse videos and everything else, look after each other and catch you later

Wish I could have seen the store before you shut it down. Do you have plans to open another one? I worked on a garbage truck when I was 13 years old in Indianapolis, Indiana. That dump brings back memories. I found some cool stuff at the dump back then. What a great job you all did cleaning out that store.👍🏼The city needs to get off their ass and clean up all that crap people dumped in the ally behind your store. It’s their responsibility!

Been watching the show for many years Storage Wars. Like your videos here. I do commercial real estate. People that have little money dream of making money to have the choice to do what they are passionate about. Once that is achieved the allure of more money takes a backseat to TIME. Time is all what we have a certain amount of in this life. Future generations will be inspired by the pictures and videos with the journey to help them go after their dreams and see what can be accomplished based on seeing past successes. I know so many business owners who work themselves into the ground and devastate every other part of their lives in the name of making more money. True success in life is doing well in all facets or at least giving your best effort. Hopefully that warehouse you are buying is an SBA loan where you get in with 10 to 15% down payment. When you mention dealers and traders and not wanting to deal with them it's just like my business. Each business that does well identifies their CORE IDEAL CLIENT they want and builds up that base and forgets the rest. The end game is usually for a business owner to sell the business all together and then invest in real estate like NNN single tenant investment grade properties for retirement. Sometimes instead of selling the whole business there are equity companies that do partial buyouts that allow the business owner to retire with a lump sum and they step in and scale the business 10 to 20 times and the business owners get a larger payoff later on. Real estate typically appreciates in value for the land long term whereas fixtures and other items depreciate in value heavily over time. Even doctors that are surgeons making 7 figures a year put into real estate to eventually replace business income as they want to stop working for yield. Most passive overall return is about 10% with mortgage paydown annually. 10% return off of 10 million is 1 million a year passively and do nothing but get the check as the landlord. If someone has 300,000 getting 10% then only 30k a year which is hard to live on. So usually a break point where net worth and liquid can move over into the passive investing category for retirement. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and the best of luck in the future. I have clients with seven to nine figure net worth so see how they want to eventually retire as they age.
