Hi Kids, I sure envy you Karen, being able to turn sows ears into silk purses, I did that for years & years, cant do that anymore, so guess I'll do it thru you!! I have painted and sold a lot of little tables for people to put right inside the door to drop your keys and other stuff on when you come in. And I always do the tops with chalkboard paint. That way people can leave messages to each other, mark down times of meetings and stuff. I know you can do that on the phone but it is just sweet to come home to an I Love You message or something. They sell really well. Black and white Buffalo Plaid with black legs and a black top is my favorite to do. I do that on little cabinets to put by the door.

Hi!!! We are collectors, not resellers. We live in an old antique home and love to fill it with Victorian antiques, but we cannot afford antique shop prices, so we find our treasure in the wild at garage sales and yard sales. With that being said, sometimes Karen will pick up a piece to flip to help pay for the weekend's haul. and we DO have to sell things from time to time to prevent ourselves from becoming hoarders, but we do not make a living as resellers. We have no online store or shop (other than our merch store). When Karen sells something, she just lists it locally on FB Marketplace or Kijiji etc... and someone will stop by the house to pick up their purchase. This is our hobby, and we work regular jobs during the week, which prevent us from travelling for our VLOG. So for right now we just VLOG around our city on the weekends, and are regular working-class people during the weekdays. We are trying to grow our channel to the point where we can quit our regular jobs and JUST be content creators, and then we think we will be able to take our VLOG on the road!! We have been doing this for 8 years tho and so far have struggled to find an audience (other 'shop with me' style vlogs have shot way past us in a short time). We push on tho.
