Fun fact. I just took microbiology in college and we covered the “anti microbial” claim they make in the bottles. And yes what you are saying is true. The outer layer of the bacteria is what is emulsified by the soap and washed away. The soap being anti microbial adds absolutely nothing to the process since that’s not what’s actually happening. The soap literally clings to the bacteria and gets washed away! ❤

What you've read about antibacterial soap is true; as long as the soap has a surfactant, it will attract dirt and such which will make your hands clean as you rinse them.

Hi Bethany🤗Fantastic Ideas as always Luv. I’m the same when it comes to my skin. After my shower I use regular sunflower oil on my skin. I have it in a little bottle, it absorbs quickly. Yrs ago I was watching a beautiful dermatologist saying all she uses for moisturizing her skin was sunflower oil the same one you cook with. She said you may break out a couple times only because the impurities are being pushed out of your pores. It keeps my skin so soft. Granted we also break out from bad foods. Come on DT, a tray is supposed to hold things, that was just unsafe. 3. Yay to cleaners! If you can swing it, do it, with multiple kids and work, you need help!!

Those style Starbucks cups aren't insulated. They do have insulated cups, they're metal ones. I used to buy them all the time, then realized it was just an expensive plastic cup. I may try one of these, though. To help with garlic gut: don't use chopped garlic. If required in a dish, use less, and keep the bulbs whole (pull out any green part), cook with it, and then discard the bulb before eating. Dried garlic doesn't have any of the enzymes, so it's good anytime. If I'm sautéing, I'll put the bulbs in the oil to flavor it, while the oil heats up, then chunck it in the trash. Also, roasted garlic is free of enzymes. It's great on bread! 😋 The green part contains a lot of the enzyme, and is you have a bulb with the green part longer than 1/8", I'd suggest using a different one. (I'm a retired chef, that's why I shared) Thanks for all the info!!!❤❤❤❤

Squeegy cleaner is good for cleaning the inside of your car window. It reaches the corner by the dash where your fingers cant. I have one with a small bottle of windex just for that in my trunk.

I'd suggest that you look closely at the ingredients of some of the beauty things at DT and maybe research the company providing it. They really have a good selection of great things that after a legal amount of time can be offered under a different name than, for example Olay. Plus there are many things are simply the main ingredient that's good for skin (they have great serums). I always check ingredients, and often research company name, and I've been delighted to get great products for a fraction of what I'd pay elsewhere.

The triangle scrubber is awesome! i ran right out and bought one. I used it to scrub my bath tub without kneeling. It did a great job. No more sore knees or back! I hope DT will make replacement pads. The pad is attached with Velcro. I can envision plenty of cleaning uses for this tool. A must have my opinion. Bethany, your ideas are terrific, and I love your sweet personality.
