I had all the Dinkey ones as a kid, which I wish I still had them as they are worth a small fortune now. next time you get a find like this let me know and I will fly over from the UK just to help you rummage through it, looks like amazing fun!!! you need to invest in a Dyson vacuum cleaner with attachments to clean all these items off because they most probably have black mold spores all over them. It appears that you're transferring the dust from the hoarder house to a clean venue. It's great that you both are insuring that your health is important, by wearing these uniforms but take no chances, buy that or several Dyson vacuum cleaners. James

Had about a a month and Half and we had usually 5 people working , and we wholesaled some of the stuff off at the end that we didn't want , It defintely was a lot of work , and we were glad when it was done

Also a few things. The robot you picked up was Rom the space knight and if it has batteries , accessories and works that could be worth around $100. The spaceship that was by the books is an Eagle from the show Space 1999. The Aurora Kits in the attic are selling over $100.00 US easy. They are rare and hard to find, some wrapped in plastic still can be $200.00 US look up Old Models on line the attic could be another GOLD mine!!

That home is worth ALOT more than 100k, you most definitely need help to deal with vintage stuff like this...when collectors are looking for items such as you have in this whole house...CONDITION is key(and affects their value accordingly). If you scratch , dent , smash or otherwise damage the package or its contents, true collectors won't touch them. Good luck on your endeavor here , it is a huge undertaking, from what i have seen in your videos.

All those books that you see that are EC those are reprint sets from whatever comic line. Tales from the crypt, Vault of Horror and Haunt of Fear should fetch you anywhere from 150-200 EACH. The rest I am unsure but you should be able to get at least that.

The Marx stuff is worth money, I have seen Sam Cobra in the box or at least his box, Major Matt Mason standing on a shelf, I saw a My Favorite Martian board game just tossed aside, 007 plastic gun from the 60's, I am almost ill, please tell me you are saving all of this stuff! It is highly sought after collectibles, some of the tin toys look like they are from occupied Japan or Germany Occupied American sector...ARGGGGG please just step on them!

All done with the house , its empty now , yes in the back garage the brother was running a small print shop till about September 2017 , so there is a good chance it has some shirts from 2017 !
