We kick things off with a quick peek at the Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport before heading straight to my $30 apartment.
Next up, navigating the city like a local with on a motorbike taxi. Buckle up as we zoom through the bustling streets and land smack dab in the heart of the Hanoi Old Quarter. This maze of narrow streets is overflowing with shops and street food vendors - sensory overload in the best way possible!
Feeling thirsty? We found a super quirky tourist coffee shop - perfect for a caffeine fix and some fun pics. But that's not all, we also had to check out the iconic Hanoi Train Street Market, where the tracks literally become a market when the train isn't coming through! Talk about unique!
Need a break from the hustle? We cruised over to a local skatepark to watch some seriously talented skateboarders shred. Feeling a little peckish, we treated ourselves to a delicious Western breakfast with epic lake views - gotta fuel up for all this exploring!
Speaking of fuel, gotta keep the motorbike running! We stopped by a gas station to fill 'er up. Back on the road, we hunted down some legendary Hanoi Egg Coffee - creamy, sweet, and totally worth the hype!
Need some travel essentials or snacks? We popped into a Circle K convenience store - gotta love the familiar brands in a new place. But enough chain stores, it's time to embrace the local scene! We hit up a crazy fake market where you can find anything and everything - clothes shopping with a twist!
And to wrap up this epic day, we finished it off right with some of the BEST food in Vietnam - Bun Cha! Noodles, grilled pork, fresh herbs, all in a delicious soup.
This is just the first taste of Hanoi, and there's so much more to explore.
