Some of the rocks are the size of basketball. If you go to timestamp 3:51, that rock missed the man's left foot by a fraction of a second. It is safe until it is not safe, when that happens you wished you had a strong pair of boot.

The over burden workers need to work harder, the grate recovery job should be the easiest job. Too aggressive at the bottom and the high workers can't contribute.
