Hey Paul. Nice front elevation. Office and dining room on entry. Open concept kitchen/dining/living room. Pantry. Lovely laundry. Needed a sink. Covered lanai. Paved with 🔥 pit. Back to the mid front of the house; bedroom and bathroom. Back to the rear; primary with spacious en-suite. Big shower/closet and door to lanai. Other side a pool bath with door directly to lanai. 2 Bedrooms? Wow. But would’ve been nice if the 2 bedrooms had a Jack n Jill to keep the pool bath just that. Don’t really need the bonus room but a nice space Wetbar/bathroom. Huge backyard just needing a pool. Great space between these nicely sized lots. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
