Hey Paul. Long time. Beautiful front door. Big front office or flex space and dining room. Good size living room. Unique shaped kitchen. Good size laundry 🧺. Covered paved enclosed lanai and pool. Unique primary entrance with backyard access. Nice en-suite. Split plan. Bathroom doubles as pool bath. 2 good size guest bedrooms. Oh a 3rd bedroom and appreciate the 2nd bathroom. Unusual layout but can definitely work. Great having you back 🤗

Hey Paul. Like the elevation. Don’t care for stairs immediately by the front door. Rectangular open concept. 1st bedroom with an en-suite. 1/2 bath. Garage entry different. Flex area up the stairs. 3 bedrooms, bath and laundry 🧺 room. So the bedroom downstairs had to be the primary. This is the 3rd home I’ve seen recently that the primary and laundry on 2 different floors.

Hey Paul. Nice open concept. Tons of cabinets in that kitchen. Great space. Covered paved enclosed lanai. Dont see the primary right off the kitchen too often. Good size primary. Like the closet in the bedroom. No linen closet in the en-suite but like the built in by the shower. Ok size laundry 🧺 room. Small bedroom. Perhaps a Murphy bed. 2 bedrooms and bathroom across the hall. 3bedrooms to 1 bathroom. A 1/2 bathroom somewhere would’ve been nice. Thanks for sharing.
