I'm in Australia, would it be a helpful idea to take my list of preferred foods when I go to my appointment next month? I favour Carnivore meals, can't eat nightshades, do eat mushrooms and squash. Helpful info, thanks.

@@Allthenopethats awesome.Would you mind sharing your first month only if it's okay. Whenever you get a moment. I'm conteplating getting mine done in November. I mostly want to hear from someone like you have gone though it like experience also keeping in-kind it could be different for everyone.

@@plaxie22 of course… more than happy to. You might need to give me a nudge a remind me! So far I am already learning that even though I don’t feel hungry I am still craving eating food. Not because I need it but because I want the comfort food taste and texture in my mouth. So this is going to be my big learning, I need to eat only when I’m hungry! This is why I chose this option, I knew I have issues with food… I get obsessed with eating, or obsessed with cutting out everything bad… I need a nice healthy balanced approach to life.. healthy sensible portions with an occasional treat. My problem is I have always been all or nothing so one treat has never been enough!
