I don’t have PWS. But I do have optic nerve hypoplasia associated with panhypopituitarism, which is how I have hypothalamic obesity. I don’t have any lesions are tumors in the hypothalamus. But that my hypothalamus is Ectopic. Have you ever looked at results with the sleeve gastrectomy for patients with PWS?
