I used to work in a coffee shop as well (just recently quit), and this video makes me feel nostalgic haha. We also had lots of rushes like this mainly for delivery due to lockdown, and it would get so stressful, but the calm after the storm is always the best. Being a close-knit team definitely helps during those times! Thanks for sharing!

This is so cool to watch. I love it. I really like the idea of writing on the cups. We use the Square app, if you're familiar with that, and we actually still end up writing at least milk type on most cups anyway. It kind of defeats the purpose of the software. It'd honestly be so much easier to write on every cup. Then I'd know exactly what each cup is, instead of chasing dockets. Especially for more complicated orders with special requirements, which it seems are growing in number as all these new dietary issues surface.

I take my chances.. It's not like it slows us down by a minute, just a slight second. PuqPress produces even consistent pressure every single time, shots hasn't been channeling at all since we get PuqPress, and no harm caused to our wrist or shoulder.. :) Coffee's been consistently great, everyone is happy!

Literally the best thing ever! You can adjust the amount of pressure and it takes so much ''work'' out of your hands by simply inserting the portafilter. No setting it down, taking the tamper and apply 18-20kg everytime!
