I like this one a lot. Providing just the chords is a real struggle for me in a good way. struggle for me in a good way. Excellent ear training. It takes me a couple out listens to really sink in.

Been learning some bass guitar, brought it along for this warm up. Didn't realize how nice it is with vocal warm up. Almost feel like there's a nice slot of parallel learning with bridging vocal warm ups and beginner bass. Playing with the keyboard and singing. Also easy to break away and play with some harmonies. Quick question. Lately my voice has been very tired and difficult to deal with (its 100% my own fault for trying to forcefully sing beyond my range several days in a row). Would you recommend complete vocal rest as i recover, or are gentle warm ups like this in the morning still recommended? I have stopped singing temporarily, and i only do these gentle warm ups, should that be fine for my voice while it recovers?

Don't be too hard on yourself, first of all. We can all be over enthusiastic from time to time. If you've already stopped singing for a day or two, gauge how your voice is feeling in general, and then ease your way back into singing with a gentle warm up. Take it slowly. Gauge your voice's recovery as you go. Best wishes!
