You might be careful about grinding up seeds in foods you are going to consume. The stringent taste is strychnine.

Seems like you get THP a fair bit after bottling, have you looked into some process improvements for reducing oxygen? Adding a small amount of campden tablet during bottling to reduce oxidation would likely help, as well as adding some fresh sacch yeast at bottling.

If his small batch size is like mine, its nearly unavoidable to get some oxidation effects when bottling tiny batches. Its one of the reasons I've switched to small kegs, you have to try so hard to reduce oxidation in bottles and even then I was never able to get rid of THP in my sours completely until I started kegging them.
