What a gorgeous work table! Oh my the counter came to life with the wax! Love, love, love that barn door❤The pitchers did the job of covering the thermostats and the cloche group was so precious! Could you stick some tacky putty on the back of the clock face to keep it in place? Love it all!❤

Love that work bench. The wood is so beautiful n the stories it could tell. Chris did a awesome job in building that sharp looking barn door. I too love pallet wood but there a booger to take apart even with a reciprocating saw. Oh Yvonne your Ironstone pitchers are so beautiful n great idea hiding those control boxes. And I loved that big beautiful bowl in front of them. It all looks so nice. Yep, perfect spot for the mirror. Looks good black too. I have a thing for mirrors. I love old mirrors that have different shapes n even better if their beveled. OMG, that cloche its huge n loving how you displayed with your Bibles n that sweet piece of wood you did over. OH MY ….. which do I love the most ? The Pallet wall makes my heart skip a beat…then you turned the camera to that OLD WOOD WORK BENCH … I think my heart stopped! I don’t know what it is about OLD WOOD…. but it has my heart for sure! I am so excited you are keeping those shelves for your shop….I love seeing them behind you! This way we can see them often🥰. The Mirror placement is perfect..first thing I thought was “ it matches the curve of the clock! “ I never knew that information about the Bowling Alley lanes! My husband was a long time bowler and I asked him if he knew that…of course he did …LOL!!!! It is all coming together so fabulous. People ask me for ideas on decorating their homes and I always say “ the house has to talk to me and I have to feel what it wants”. I can’t just walk into a home and tell someone to do this or that ! My house I feel talks to me ! Silly right ? Love it all and SO GLAD TO HAVE A PALLET WALL AND DOOR BACK AT “GCR” 🥰🥰👍🥰🥰

*The cubbies look fabulous on that wall‼️ How about using the cubbies for all of your "smalls" so you can see them ALL at a glance, making it easier to create your vignettes, shadow boxes and other DIY'S you create with other small pieces and parts? Of course hardware, nails, keys and other TINY things will still need to be housed in bins and drawers. 😊*

I love this channel. Thank you for sharing y'all's progress. Chris did a great job on his bowling lane countertop. The sandwich shop I managed many moons ago had a bowling alley bar top. It was so pretty. It had a thick coat of resin on top. I can't wait to see the finished paint room. ❤❤❤

Your work shop will.most likely never be completely finished. Just when you think your done something will pop up that will make your space a little bit better and easier to work in. Yvonne I have to laugh we bought 4 bowling alley lanes and used part of them for the top of 2 of our workbenches. My bench has metal cupboards under part of it. His has an old restaurant hostess table, which is about 10 ft long . We had to use our tractor with the pallet forks on to move it into place. Our bunkhouse walls are all pallet wood with a horse stall door for the bedroom door. Chris does awesome work and so do you!

I’m actually looking for 2 old doors with windows to do the barn door look but can act like French doors from my foyer into my old formal dining room!! I turned it into a sitting room with a $20 couch!! It is also where I put my houseplants so want it closed off cuz cats like eating them!! Use a piece of heavy duty black Velcro to make that edge of the clock stay up on that one side. It’s amazing in how many things that Velcro has works for me in my projects.

home depot has the clear plastic curve vent covers they have magnets on them so the stick to your floor vent and they direct the air from the vent out so if you have furniture that is over a vent these things directs the air out, telling you this because I noticed your cupboard in your entryway was over a vent....I have them and they work very well.

I think you should keep it!!! It a beautiful job and pice! I think you should white wash it on the outside of it, not the inside of the shelves. That will give it a balance of both in what you are looking for. If you feel the need that you should paint the inside, then you can.
