PDF are anti dive when braking - they never really took off. Make a spanner from 3mm flat bar - with 26mm wide forks. Set pdf to position 4 it will expose the flat sides of the thread to undo. Pop pdf if vice gently to crack seal - soak in wd first as fine thread has gunk. You will find water in there corroding the zinc plated parts. Pull down and reassemble. Cheers Shane - don’t try to get just cap off.

Hi gentlemen I forgot to mention put an inch Long piece of fuel line over the clutch pin ( driven into block by the slave) as the pin gets flogged by chain grit and gets pitted - that gouges out the seal next to drive sprocket. Shitty to change that small seal - drive sprocket off. Many misdiagnosed oil leaks from this issue as it ends up all over sump- stand and exhaust and is difficult to locate even after degreaser. Cheers Shane Australia

Best way to release anything hydraulic is to have a spare master cylinder with a short line, hook up to it and job done, piston forced out, never let me down

Common problem in that workshop is shooting fluids everywhere 🤣 Totally understand you not doing a full resto job , which just leaves the airbox 🤣 Got my own project with an RD400c which a certain Mr Wonder has attacked and made a right dogs dinner of most things.

I've owned two GSX750ESD's in the past and I don't think either of them had a hydraulic clutch. Odd that they put it on the Katana version which is basically the same machine. Well done though, keep up the good work.

Haha that's exactly what I want to hear buddy.. 👍😂 The music is from a band called Smiling Ivy who are based in the same building as us. A great set of guys and they have a new Single released this week on KZbin. Give them a follow (link in description) and let them know how you found them in their comments please..? I thank them so much for letting me use their tracks. 😎
