Great work fellas! What a treat, you and Todd doing RXL motors at the same time, nice! Lot's to learn. Got 230 miles in last weekend down here before the big thaw. Cheers!

Awesome! Tommy ripped the RXL around the yard Sunday and that's all we got. Snow is going away here.

So what is the magic impact? An air hammer with a bit holder and a wrench to tie the bit holder? I have an 08 dragon I can’t get the t-27 bolts out of the secondary clutch. I’ve tried a 3/8 impact, 1/4” and a 3/8 turn and hammer impact and all I’ve got to show for it is a pile of broken bits and sockets. I used map gas to heat everything before the last 2 attempts.

There's a link to it in the description. They also make them for 3/8" and 1/2" drive sockets. Make sure you get a T27 impact socket.

Good video guys! Lots of content in there! Who’s winning the race of “who can rebuild a 650 RXL motor first?”, you guys or Todd Clyne? lol Couple of things: I suggested to Todd as well to maybe think about putting a pulse line fitting in the crankcase since you’ve got it apart already (might go to carbs in the future, who knows), also I would recommend using all 6 bolts when pulling the flywheel, I’ve messed that up using 3 before, also be careful to make sure the bolts don’t go in too far and ruin the stator 😬 Question for Tommy: Where did you get the chrome trailing arms? They look great! Off an Indy 600 LE? Cheers guys 🍻🍻🍻

Patrons already watched the final video on Tommy's RXL. If people go to the community tab they can see a screen shot from the video. It turned out pretty good :) Pulse fitting is not a worry as you will see in the next video when we pressure check. The cases are already machined for it. I'll tell Tommy to look at this comment.

How did we time putting out 650 engine build videos at the same time. We gotta talk more often about content. Those damn bearing pins 🤬🤬

Normally about 120 PSI to 130 PSI for a Fuji engine. Sounds like you need a rebuild. Be sure to measure the cylinders (or get them measured by a shop) and see if you can get by with just rings or if you need to go to oversized pistons and rings to straighten out the cylinder wear.
